on the fringe

All of my sartorial and beauty favourites tend to have the same underlying theme: pale girls with dark messy hair and an eye skimming fringe. It's so 60s; so moody. Sometimes I wish I was an icy blonde again, but then I see pictures of the girls below and I remember why I surrendered to the dark side a few months ago: because brunettes are cooler. Plus when I was blonde I looked a little bit like Barbie's little sister Skipper.
