Am I a nerd because I enjoy Dawson's Creek? Yes? Ok...
I recently bought the box set - season one, two and three - and have become addicted once again. I was a major Dawson's Creek fan when it first started - I was about 13, and I had a crush on Pacey. Ew. It's weird watching the cast and comparing them to where they are now: an innocent Katie Holmes pre-Tom Cruise, Michelle Williams before Heath, Joshua Jackson before Diane Krueger got him into suits. But whatever happened to James Van Der Beek aka Dawson? Actually, I don't care: Dawson was a creep.
Other 90s shows that I want to revisit? Buffy, Roswell, Freaks and Geeks, The Nanny, Melrose Place, Party of Five, That 70s show, Lois and Clarke, Step by Step, Popular... There are just so many good bad shows from that era. This was a time before evil reality TV, and before they decided to start rehashing classic shows. Beverly Hills 90210 anyone? If they remake Dawson's, I swear, I will never watch TV again.
