It's moments like these that I really wish I could sew. I'm a bit of a nerd for retro sewing patterns and can spend hours searching websites for patterns of cute dresses, skirts and tops; always from the 50s or 60s. I tend to gravitate towards packets with illustrations as opposed to photos - they remind me of the ones that my Mum used to have. I wish she'd kept them!
