Speaking of craft, I like these patchwork crochet blankets by Lilly Brown. They remind me of Nana’s, being a kid, and snuggling in bed on a rainy day. My Nana made a similar blanket before I was born and gave it to my Mum, who recently passed it on to me. I treasure it. It may be terribly old-fashioned (and a little bit ugly), but I love the idea of my Nana spending many precious hours making it, and it still being around more than 24 years later.
