i <3 melbourne

I had the best time in Melbourne. I wish I lived there! It has all my favourite things in abundance; beautiful bicycles, bars, beer, the best brunch ever, beautiful boys...And some things that don't start with 'b' - vintage markets like Lost and Found on Smith Street, industrial furniture and reconditioned dental and army instruments at Industria on Gertrude Street, rooftop bars like the cute one at the top of Curtin House, incredible stores from the Claude Maus store with it's beautiful, large-scale 'macrame' installation to the drool-inducing selection of shoes at Miss Louise. I didn't buy much, but I could have spent endless amounts if only.

I adore this website, breakfastout.com.au - going for brunch in the weekends is one of my alltime favourite things. I also checked out the Andreas Gursky exhibition at the NGV, which was breathtaking. So, all in all, it was a stellar weekend, despite the fact that I packed the worst bag ever, thanks to the Lover party the night before. Five pairs of knickers, a teeshirt dress and some stacked heels aren't really enough for a weekend, sadly.
