i'm really baked

I've been cooking a lot lately. I went to my Dad's farm and he gave me an armful of basil he'd grown - my boyfriend made fresh pesto from it last night. It's a winter thing I guess - risotto, roast beetroot, ratatouille, big salads, soups with leek. Goats cheese on toast with chilli oil, basil and tomato. I've been spending a lot of time on these websites - they're my favourite ones - healthy, unpretentious and hopefully getting me out of the wine, MacDonalds, coffee, cigarettes and token vitamins diet that I've been perfecting lately.

I'm also quite excited about seeing Sophie Dahl's new cooking show, The Delicious Miss Dahl on the BBC. It looks amazing, and I love her writing. And it's a little less holier than thou than this stuff.
